My stay was good even so it was beyond my expectations base on the price we paid the only issue we had was the a/c went out a couple times a refund was issue on light bill and they offered a different room I would recommend 9.5 out of 10 would deff come back

I needed the place on the fly after my original accommodations (with family) fell through. Price was affordable, place was quiet (except for the loud morning conversations amongst the staff in the morning). I did have to buy simple things such as dishwasher liquid, my own soap, dishrag etc. The shampoo and bodywash dispensers didn't work in one of the bathrooms. All windows and sliding doors were unlocked- so i am glad i checked them on the first night. It was just me and my 4 year old. The no-comforters on the bed threw me off a bit- but if you don't have the AC on blast, you'll be okay lol. The Palmera app crashes a lot and the menu is limited, but if you call the restaurant you can order other things. The overall experience was okay. I wanted peace and quiet, and it is what i got. Will definitely stay there again.
